Can I play it solo?

The game does feature a single-player practice mode, yes. That said, like the current crop of friendslop games that make for great streaming moments, this game really shines when it's played with even one other person. There is not currently a "find a lobby" system for folks who are not your friends on Steam, but you can share lobby ID codes with anyone to get them in and gaming with you. While any coverage is good coverage, playing or streaming with friends will be a much better experience!
