ゲームについて
ACE COMBATシリーズは、プレイヤーがエースパイロットとなって、リアルな空を追求したグラフィック空間を、愛機を駆って360度自由に飛び回る爽快感と、自身の状況判断で敵を選択して撃破する快感、課せられた難局を打破する達成感が楽しめるフライトシューティングです。
本作では、「空の革新」をテーマに、空を埋め尽くした雲の広がりと細密に表現された地形・景観を表現。
本物さながらの存在感を発揮する「立体フィールドの空」により、シリーズ20周年の歴史において最も魅力的な
空中戦と速度感を実現しました。開発は歴代シリーズを手掛けてきた「PROJECT ACES」が担当。

兵装を一切搭載していないため、フリーフライトモード限定で使用可能です。
※兵装を搭載した通常のF-104Cはゲーム本編内に収録されています。
