Zozo & the Lost Dreams – Demo & Steam Next Fest

We’re thrilled to announce that Zozo & the Lost Dreams has launched its Demo since June 1st, 2026 and we are going for the Steam Next Fest this June 15th, 2026.

If you feature the demo before the full release in September 2026, you’ll be rewarded with a full game key, ahead of launch, as our thank‑you for supporting us early.

About the Game

A classic metroidvania platformer, with story-rich and fully voice-acted beats that's hillarious, and will constantly surprise you from the start till the finale, just like a series of our Sunday morning cartoons time. Of course, with a soundtrack too.

The game sets in Zozo's childhood memory as he dream about being a superhero and exploring fantasy worlds -- which many of us had. Exploring the goofy world with a lot of familiar inspiration from many other games, series, cartoons, that you will find inside the game.

The more Zozo advance into the world, he will get the necessary upgrades that stay truth to its souls: goof.

What’s Inside the Demo?

Here’s a sneak peek at what awaits you inside the dream world:

• Full Episode 1 & 2 Content Play through complete storylines for both episodes, with fully voice‑acted major beats. Face off against two villains: the sinister General Evil and the chaotic Alayla. Complete Episode 2 to unlock a brand‑new ending theme song during the credits.

• New Upgrades, Tools, and Fast Travel

  • Sticker Upgrades from Bubblefin – boost your powers with collectible stickers.

  • Chocoheart Upgrades from Charlie – expand your health bar with sweet rewards.

  • The Gum Glove – stick to walls and launch yourself into wild maneuvers.

  • The Dandelion Copter – fast‑travel between dream locations with style.

We want your journey through the demo to feel like finishing a classic Saturday morning cartoon—fun, colorful, and packed with surprises.

Disclaimer: known issues

• Dying from Croissant-shaped enemy will sometime causes the game to crash (random)
• Audio Volume Setting is not saved properly, and will reset to default setting after quitting the app
• If your last save point (hammock) is in Dandelion Pass, if you died during Alayla Battle, you will be respawned at the Dandelion Pass instead of Replay the fight

Enter Zozo’s Dream

Meet Zozo, a 13-year-old boy who dreams of becoming a superhero—literally and figuratively. With the help of his mad scientist neighbor, Professor Aisha, Zozo is able to enter his dreams and live out his fantasy of becoming a superhero. However, a strange incident prevents him from waking up! Zozo must now go on an adventure to find his way back home.
